I hosted a customer webinar with Nextiva Chief Evangelist, Edwin Margulies. Provided a company overview and highlighted key product use cases, and moderated Q&A with Edwin and customers. Edwin is a serial entrepreneur and has been part of founding teams that sold their companies to Oracle, Five9, and Nextiva.
Launched Nextiva Contact Center at Customer Contact Week conference in Las Vegas, NV.
Created a case study, filmed at AWS re:Invent, to capture the success that Bank of Montreal is having as a program participant and hiring graduates.

Spearheaded the creation and production of our annual sales kick-off in Orlando, FL. In 2019 we hosted 530 attendees and provided the necessary context and training required to achieve on the goals for the year and “rock” their roles.
